SECTION 6 – RETURN BY REPENTANCE OR WITHDRAWAL

If you receive the product and want to withdraw from the purchase, you have the right to return it and receive a refund of the partial value of your order (we only offer a partial purchase amount, which will be the full value of the product at its purchase price , because our value is also included in the team’s workforce, which is all care, maintenance, organization and shipping of the product). The deadline for withdrawing from the purchase is 07 (seven) consecutive days from receipt of the product. If the product meets the above requirements, the refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:

Credit card: Your card administrator will be asked to cancel your debit. If debit has already occurred, the reversal of the installment (s) paid may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. We remind you that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.

Bank slip: the refund will be made through deposit in the purchase holder’s current account, even CPF, within 10 (ten) business days.

Personal and Non-Transferable Products such as: Contact Lenses, Underwear, Tailor Made Clothing, Tailor Made Shoes, Vampire Teeth and the like that are related to intimate contact and personal hygiene or custom made items will not be refunded. , please do not insist.

For payments via PAYPAL: Refunds will only be partial and made within 15 days of purchase. After this date we CANT MAKE THE REFUND. The refund amount will be issued partially due to the new platform rules (November/2022) that don’t support refunds for sellers and buyers so the refund will only be partial (excluding platform transaction fees from the final amount and additional fees).

SECTION 7 – INDEPENDENCE

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be illegal, void or ineffective, such provision shall, however, apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be considered separate from these Terms of Service. The refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:

Credit card: your card administrator will be notified and the refund will be made in up to two subsequent invoices.

Bank slip or account debit: the refund will be made by electronic transfer to the current account indicated by the buyer, within 10 working days. It is necessary that the CPF of the current account holder is the same as that stated in the request (CPF of the client).

In installment purchases, the refund will obey the procedures of the financial agent involved.

In case of return, the refund of the amounts will be processed only after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product (s) in our store again.

The refund will be made in the total amount of the returned / canceled product.

The freight will not be refunded, as as agreed and confirmed individually with each customer before the respective purchase, it is a non-refundable fee.

We exempt ourselves from the responsibility of canceling or repairing any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.

SECTION 12 – EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT, MODEL DIVERGENCE and or IRREGULARITY IN QUALITY

Check the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy with the product or the quality of delivery, please contact us with the reason and records proving the reason for the return. The return will only be accepted if the problem is found.

Once communicated by the carrier about the return, our team will arrange a new order with the shipment of the product, see case analysis.

In case you receive the merchandise and it presents some divergence, it is necessary that it is without signs of use, accompanied by all its accessories so that it can be replaced by another product of the same species (model and brand). The deadline for contacting our Customer Service Center is 07 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product. The exchange or cancellation of the order will only be carried out after analyzing the product. The period for making the exchange will depend on the availability of the same model of the product in our stock and will be informed via email or Social Media. If the product is unavailable in our stock, it can be replaced by another similar product at the same value. However, if you do not want the similar product, you have the right to request a cancellation of the purchase.

⚠️ATTENTION! Many cosplays and props are considered “Custom-made” by suppliers. When the product is made to measure, we are unable to return the value in any instance. Many of our in-store products fall into this category. Contact the team to learn more about these products.

SECTION 13 – DEFAULT PRODUCT EXCHANGE

The exchange request must be communicated to the customer within 7 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt. Within this period, the customer has the right to request an exchange, provided that it is accompanied by records proving the defect and the product is free of misuse, accompanied by all its accessories.

The products must be analyzed by us and can be returned without prior consultation in case of non-compliance with the criteria listed above or if no defect is found.

SECTION 14 – DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated average order term after posted:

OBS: Average term means the term that is normally practiced by the courier in general. The estimated term means that it can vary more or less, as explained above.

IMPORTANT: The store will NOT be responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from: (a) any inaccuracy or lack of additional information, delays, interruptions, errors or omissions in the provision of the data contained on this website; (b) any decision or action taken by the user or third parties, based on this information.

The store cannot be responsible for increasing this period, since freight is an outsourced service. There is no possibility to manipulate deadlines or the way the product is transported.

BRAZIL, ATTENTION !! Due to the new international shipping rules (postal dispatch), some products may be charged at R $ 15.00 per package by the post office. But dont worry about it! ‎ ‎

Other situations that can change the delivery time:

SECTION 15 – FREIGHT

As stated earlier, we import from a website called Taobao, which only ships to China. We have a partner warehouse in China that receives the products for us, weighs them and informs the freight rates available for the customer’s exclusive order. Freight is the customer’s full responsibility.

The deadline for payment of freight is 90 (Ninety) days from the date of receipt of the same in our warehouses, as this is the storage time given for each product in them. Products in which the freight is not paid and contact has not been successfully obtained in that time will be considered dropouts, without the right to a refund and the products will be properly destined. NOTE TO BRAZILIAN CUSTOMERS: Freight is calculated based on the dollar in real time, so it may happen that the amount will be adjusted in reais depending on the date, we appreciate your understanding.

We remind you that the freight is not refundable because it is an international shipping fee that is not recoverable, made under personalized demand (according to the customer’s needs). It is a variable value referring to the customer’s way of sending. Even if the package ends up going back to the sender (according to Art. 56, §1 °, of the Ordinance Coana n ° 82/2017), we will not be responsible for the refund of the freight, if the customer wishes to refund the product instead resending the package.

The customer is fully responsible for the freight charge. In front of the product withdrawals due to the freight cost, the buyer will have full responsibility. We will not make refunds for this reason if the purchase has already been made and if the product has already arrived at our partner warehouse. We ask you not to insist.

SECTION 16 – MADE PRODUCTS (PROPS / ARMORINGS / PERSONALIZED CLOTHING / STAIRS / ACCESSORIES / WEAPONS IN GENERAL)

Props / staffs / weapons are NOT REFUNDABLE! The product is made especially for the customer. Refunds cannot be made because the prop suppliers make the products exclusively, that is, there may be minimal differences from product to product such as details, colors, etc. (they are made by hand). Please do not insist.

In shipping the product is at risk of scratches, dents or other problems. It is not a confection problem, but a divergence in shipping that we will not be responsible for. Understand that we cannot control how the package is shipped, only how it is packed (we pack it as safely as possible).

As stated in the previous sections, the freight charge is the TOTAL responsibility of the buyer. We will not be responsible for high freight costs (it may be normal for products of this type due to the size and / or weight of the packages).

SECTION 17 – PAYMENT METHODS

At the moment, we offer 4 payment methods: Bank deposit (Banco do Brasil, Nubank and CAIXA), Paypal, Wirecard (automatic through our website), PIX and Picpay. If you opt for bank deposit or PIX, we will guarantee a 10% discount for you.

In the methods above, you can choose to install up to 12x in any flag, in an automated way, or issue a bank slip by checking the “Deposit / Bank Transfer” option and informing the team. It may happen to increase the value due to installment fees, which is the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of deposit / transfer, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the purchase through the photo of a legible receipt and with the full name of the buyer. On the contrary, we will not confirm the purchase.

SECTION 18 – ON CUSTOMS FEES

The chances of passing and staying through customs are small, as all items are sent by plain mail and suppliers ship in discreet packages. If you go through customs, you will need to wait a few days and a fee may be charged. However, orders are only taxed in rare cases. Even so, the store will NOT be responsible for any types of fees charged by the Post Office / IRS, including extending the delivery period. The values are borne by the buyer, and it is not possible to refund the product for this reason or any type of refund.

Situations that can change the delivery period;

> Absence of responsible person to receive the product at the place of delivery.

> Postal strike.

> Incorrect address / Change of address

⚠️IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible if the delivery of the order is not made in this case. If you are about to change your address, we advise you to request that it be sent to the home of a friend or relative who is sure you can receive the package. If the item returns to the sender due to this fact, we will try to renegotiate the shipment, however, as a courtesy of the store and not as an obligation. If the sender does not accept the negotiation, we will not be able to act otherwise, you will have to pay again for the freight to resend your package.

SECTION 19 – STOCK

If the product runs out of stock during the middle of the purchase, the buyer will have the option to choose another product of the same value or other products of lesser value. We remind you that the purchase is made to order and the products are sent according to availability in the supplier’s stock.

In case the customer orders more than one product, they can be sent separately, both because we work with multiple suppliers and to avoid bulky orders.

Orders sent separately tend to arrive on different dates, but as soon as they are available, you will receive all tracking codes by email to track shipments.

SECTION 20 – TAOBAO PURCHASES

Our items are imported from Taobao (will be marked in the advertisement or will be notified to the customer), so they do not include the shipping fee, which will only be calculated AFTER the customer’s purchase.

No refunds / refunds can be made when: the customer is dissatisfied with the freight charge, when the customer makes reservations for parts that have not yet been released by the supplier, clothes made entirely to measure (as they are exclusive pieces for the customer) – only in case of defect in the part.

The parts have the same shipping time, but there is also a 1-week week period where the order leaves the supplier and is sent to our partner, who weighs the content and informs the values and shipping options available.

SECTION 21 – PARTNERS AND DISCOUNT COUPONS

21 a) Our partnership system works as follows: you can create an affiliate account on our website (https://www————-3oyqs.hosts.cx/index.php ? route = affiliate / login) and you can generate links through your account to advertise the products of the store. As soon as someone buys using your link, you will earn 5% back to you, where you can use the amount to purchase products from our store.
